Jobs, Jobs every where ...

These days an aspiring candidate has choices to make as he is getting offers across the boundaries. Its publishing everywhere that corporates are on hiring spree, they are adding numbers ... for evidence read this . Companies are adding numbers as the businesses are growing and the supporting element to it is that corporates are also engaging themselves with the B- schools and lot of engineering institutes so that they can imbibe the fresh graduates in thier system and train them accordingly. Current scene has added a lot of responsibilities on the hiring managers as they are entering even the rural market to source the right talent. Its not only IT sector that needs people. How is that you can quantify the concept of redesigning a process or restructuring has helped a organization or rather to be more specific a particular department. You often find HR people busy with bringing out the best within an employee and how they can improve their efficiency in their performance. They carry out training programs , open up employee friendly forums and stuff which tries to make every employee feel worth himself that he ultimately affects the business of the organization and how he can relate himself as an individual and as a professional to the other person.. The next or rather the best the management could think of a remedy for the best result could be restructuring within the dept.. the reporting struture , the heirarchy and also there could be a new level could be introduced just to struture the process flow withing the deptt. and it could also be the fancy titles given to the employees . May be the job content could be same but yes a "feel good factor...
