Some Freelancing i got indulged in ... !!
Some one is worried about his career.... need expert advice.
“Hi Sunny, I dont know how did it reach me but i am glad to express my thoughts on the same. See i am an HR consultant and deal with such situation every day where i am selling jobs and selling candidates at the same time.Regarding your friend you have given a personal touch to his case where every HR manager who reads his case will feel to extend his/her help to this candidate. Well its fair enough on your friends part to look beyond horizon and see for himself where he stand apart from the rest of the peers.See boss, any individual or rather an employee in any organization stay in the position assigned to him because of his service and offerings to the organization and at the end of the day ( in pure business terms) how much revenue is he worth to the organization. Education does matter for placing any person in the organization but yes there is always the experience and application that needs to be highlighted at the time of the interview. Nobody in the world can stop your friend him from getting a better job just that he needs to strive for it, which in case of educated and qualified person may be easy as they come with a tag ... Every employee is expected to be honest and to the point at the time of the interview. So its indeed not wrong for your friend to tell the HR reasons for his education gap. Experience matters and definitely the attitude to strive !! He should just go ahead and achieve the sky.. An eg:In my current org i hv a colleague who is also 12th class pass and taking his education through distance learning. I am an MBA HR and working in the same position as he does.To be honest he is the best performer in the center and he stands tall on his achievement. See for your self.. Regards, Sonali”
