I was asked on my earlier post on What is the piece of advice .... I wrote this.. Well if you ask me what can be done to curb this then actually or almost nothing can be done. Basically when the candidates simply fail to answer your calls or reply to your emails, disconnects the call seeing your number and the worst simply disconnect the mobile connection if he leaves that particular city, their could be no recourse to this. But yes the companies are taking a note of such issues and makes sure every candidates approaching them , they do check in their history if they have encountered he/she previously and if the candidate was genuine earlier.
